Feat: Improved Lightning Draw

The speed of your lightning-fast draw is so great that it is surprising to opponents -- faster, in fact, than the human eye can follow.

Prerequisite: DEX 17, Weapon Focus (Pistol), Lightning Draw.

Benefit: Any time the character uses Lightning Draw, his initiative total gainst a bonus equal to his ranks in Sleight of Hand, cumulative with any bonuses gained via the Lightning Draw Feat. Furthermore, if he beats an opponent's initiative by 10 or more while using Improved Lightning Draw on the first round of combat, that opponent is considered Flat-Footed if the character attacks immediately upon drawing the weapon.

Special: A Gunslinger may select Improved Lightning Draw as one of his Gunslinger Bonus Feats.
