Feat: Armor Expertise

Choose one type of armor, such as Studded Leather. You are especially good at defending yourself with this type of armor.

Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +1 and proficiency in the selected armor type.

Benefit: Your Armor Check Penalty for the selected armor type is reduced by one, and your Max Dex Bonus is increased by two. Arcane spellcasters reduce the Arcane Spell Failure Chance for the selected armor type by 10%. Armor Check Penalty cannot be reduced below zero by this Feat.

Special: You can gain this Feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the Feat, it applies to a new type of protective gear.

A Fighter may select Armor Expertise as one of his Fighter bonus Feats.
